5th Annual Light Up The Lodge

We're kicking off the holiday season at The Lodge in a big way with our 5th annual Light Up The Lodge event in December! This action packed weekend will be fun for all ages. We are adding to the holiday festivities this year with a wreath decorating event and horse drawn carriage rides!

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2023

• Wreath Decorating* | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Pricing: $20 per wreath. Reservations will open soon!
• Two time slots will be available: 4 PM - 6 PM; and 6 PM - 8 PM
• Holiday Ale Tasting Dinner | 7:00 PM
• It's the cure for what "ales" you! Taste the flavor of the holidays with this special Holiday Ale Tasting Dinner here at The Lodge at Geneva. Enjoy a one night stay, plus an unforgettable dinner with various Holiday Ale pairings from different breweries, a presentation by a local brewer, and more! Our Holiday Ale Tasting Dinner Package includes:

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2023

• Gingerbread House Decorating Contest* | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Price per Team/House: $45 each. Reservations will open soon!
• Guests can decorate houses any time between 10 AM and 6 PM on Saturday, December 2. Judging will take place after 6 PM, with the winners announced on Monday, December 4. Gingerbread Houses will be judged by The Lodge's culinary team, and winners will be chosen for Best In Show, Most Creative, and Most Festive. Winners will receive a $100 voucher toward lodging, dining, or retail at The Lodge.
• Elves Craft Workshop* | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Craft Pricing: Ornaments = $10, Canvas Painting = $15. Reservations will open soon!
• Three time slots will be available: 10 AM - 12 PM; 12 PM - 2 PM; and 2 PM - 4 PM.
• Horse Drawn Carriage Rides | 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Price per Person: FREE!
• Bundle up for a horse drawn carriage ride around the property anytime between 12 PM and 4 PM. Warm up after your ride with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee in the Horizons Restaurant!
• Holiday Sip & Paint* | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

• Christmas Carols | 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Price per Person: FREE!
• The Geneva High School Choir will be singing out by the Christmas tree from 6:30 PM - 7 PM to get us all in the holiday spirit before the tree lighting.
• Outdoor Tree Lighting | 7:00 PM
• Price per Person: FREE!
• Santa Claus is making a special appearance to light the Christmas tree in front of The Lodge at 7 PM!

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2023

• Photos with Santa | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Santa himself will be at The Lodge for any guests who would like to take photos with him, or drop off your Christmas List!
