Saturday Sunrise Yoga

2024 Yoga Classes resume May 4th!

Join us for a complimentary yoga class every Saturday morning at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake! Classes are one hour long and complimentary to all overnight guests. The sign-up sheet is located at the Front Desk, and is first-come-first-served with a maximum of 10 people per class. Classes will initially be held inside, but as the weather gets warmer they will be moved out to the pool deck. Start time is 8:00 AM, beginning May 4th and continuing every Saturday through December 31, 2024. We hope to see you here!

 

Instructor Bio

Nicole Malanaphy

Yoga Instructor Nicole MalanaphyNicole is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who has been teaching for 3 years. She's level 2 Reiki certified, an Ayurvedic life coach and also certified in several other modalities that include working with chakras, essential oils and those in recovery or curious about support anything in their life that may feel out of balance. Nicole is very passionate about making her classes a dynamic, unique experience connecting mind, body and soul through music, movement and breath-work. Nicole's bright energy is contagious, refreshing and sure to inspire and move you.

One of her main goals is to make you feel comfortable and supported in her class and her second goal is that you feel amazing, grounded and balanced when you leave class.
