Yes, the Lodge and the Cottages are open 365 days a year.

Yes. However, all doors - including the automatic Front Door - will be locked from 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM. Keycard access will be required for entry, or the Front Desk can permit guests arriving after midnight via an intercom.

Yes, a minimum stay of 2 days is required for all Cottages.  This may increase with certain holiday weekends.

The Cottages are right next to the main Lodge building on the East lawn, and share The Lodge parking lot areas.  
Yes, each cottage has it's own central air system for heating in the cooler months and air conditioning in the warmer months. 

Yes, daily housekeeping service is available with Cottage rental.

Yes, Cottage guests enjoy the same resort amenities and privileges offered to guests of The Lodge at Geneva.
Each Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and a foldout sofa sleeper. However, for any additional adult(s) in the cottages above 2 adults, a $10 fee will be added per adult, per night.
No, the Cottages have the same no-pet policy as does The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake.  Pets are not permitted in the Cottages or at The Lodge, which includes all guest rooms, lobby and common areas, indoor and outdoor pool areas, gift shop, meeting rooms, in/near the restaurant or outside patio.  If evidence of a non-service animal is discovered in your guest room, a fee will be applied to your bill.
Yes, the Cottages are part of The Lodge at Geneva and under the same management.

The weather is mild in the spring and fall, especially lovely in the summer, and white in the winter months, when it is best to pack warm coats and hats.  Depending on what you are looking for, The Lodge offers a great setting to suit your needs any time of year.

Bike rentals are available for Lodge & Cottage guests only.  Bicycle rentals are covered under the activity fee, so you can use them whenever you like.  Please stop by the front desk for details.   

Yes, there are bicycle racks available for use in warmer weather. We recommend that you keep your bike securely locked whenever you are away from it. However, we ask that you do not bring your bicycle into your room, into any meeting rooms, or secure it to any light poles, sign poles or any park feature.
While a full business center is not offered, a computer and printer are available in the lobby. We provide photocopying and faxing at the Front Desk.
Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am for both The Lodge and cottages. 
Parking for the disabled is available, and we have a limited number of rooms that provide various types of access for the disabled. Please contact the front desk prior to arrival, to determine if your specific needs can be met with available rooms.

The gift shop is open 24/7.

Yes it is. Also, the outdoor hot tub is open year-round for a unique outdoor winter experience. Pool towels are located at the indoor pool area. 
There is a guest laundry located on the second floor on the east wing of The Lodge ($).
The Emergency Room, Geneva Medical Center, is located on Main Avenue (Rt. 20) in downtown Geneva. It is about a 10-minute drive south from The Lodge at Geneva.

There is a mini-fridge in every room. A limited number of microwaves are available upon request for The Lodge guest rooms (subject to availability, first-come-first-served).

Yes. The pool is open 9 am until 11 pm Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7 days per week, weather dependent. The pool area also includes a snack & beverage stand, hot tub and children's splash area. Pool towels are located at the indoor pool area.
No, but you can get pizza and meals from Horizons Restaurant to go.  The in-room pizza special is available during lunch and dinner hours.  (Seasonal hours may apply)

Yes it does. The outdoor pool complex closes for the season shortly after Labor Day. Please call around the end of September for a more specific date.

The indoor pool is open from 9 am - 11 pm daily. Pool towels are available at the indoor pool area.
Safe deposit boxes are provided at the front desk. 
Yes, we do offer many vegetarian options on our menu and with advance notice, we can meet most dietary requirements.

No, The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake is a no-pet hotel.  Pets are not permitted at The Lodge or cottages, which includes all guest rooms, lobby and common areas, indoor and outdoor pool areas, gift shop, meeting rooms, in/near the restaurant or outside patio.  If evidence of a non-service animal is discovered in your guest room, a fee will be applied to your bill.  *For non-guests, pets are permitted on the outside grounds and Geneva State Park trails.
