6:00pm Wine Tasting and Recepion (each one will be different based on the winery presenting)
7:00pm Vintners Dinner which includes:
     ~Dinner
     ~Souvenir menu 
     ~Live music (piano, classical guitar)
     ~Wine maker narration 
     ~Chef menu discussion
     ~Guests mingle with wine maker

Sunday
7:00am - 11:00am Breakfast
Noon - Late Check-out
