Lunch Buffets

Buffets are designed for 25 or more people. An additional $3.00 per person applies to groups under 25.

The Saybrook Baked Potato & Salad Bar      $13
“Create your own” baked potato with a variety of toppings including cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped bacon, green onions and assorted greens with select dressings and toppings to create your own salad.  Fresh rolls with butter rosettes, crisp vegetable selection with herb ranch dip.

The Hartsgrove Pizza Bar         $14
Choice of three different styles and topping of pizzas:  3 cheese, pepperoni, multi-meat, garden vegetable, garlic and basil.  Served with a mixed greens salad with assorted dressings

The Trumbull Chicken         $15
Fried chicken, baked beans, and freshly baked biscuits served with potato salad and coleslaw.

The Lenox Latin Bar         $16
Seasoned ground beef and grilled chicken breasts served with hard and soft taco shells, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, tomato salsa and cheddar cheese blend.  Spanish rice and tortilla chips with salsa

The Dorset Deli          $17
Ham, roast beef, and turkey with sliced cheddar, provolone, and Swiss cheeses served with assorted breads, rolls, leaf lettuce, tomato slices, dill pickle spears, with mayonnaise and yellow mustard.  Served with coleslaw and potato salad.

The Harpersfield BBQ         $17
Tender BBQ pulled pork and grilled chicken breasts with buns for sandwiches.
