- Visual Smoke Detector: powerful strobe, which will flash when the smoke detector is activated
- Detachable Raised Toilet Seat with rails: available upon request, subject to availability
- Wheelchairs: available upon request, subject to availability
- Telecaption: closed-captioned programs will display text on the television screen when prompted
- Showers: some ADA compliant guest rooms have roll-in showers and/or sit down benches
- Public Restrooms: all are handicap accessible including roll-in showers in pool area
- Main Entrance Doors: automatic sliding doors allow easy entrance to the lobby
- Licensed Service Animals: are welcomed throughout The Lodge
- ADA Compliant Signage: all meeting rooms and most guest rooms are ADA sign compliant
- ADA Elevator Control Panels: are ADA sign compliant
- Paved Walkways: surround most of the hotel with a connecting pathway to the lakeside walking/biking trail coming soon
- ADA Lifts: located in the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs for easier access
- ADA Compliant Guest Rooms feature all or some of the following:

- ADA alert doorbell with a powerful strobe and buzzer which will flash/sound
