5:30pm Wine Tasting, Educational Seminar and Chef Presentation (each one will be different based on the winery presenting)
7:00pm Vintners Dinner which includes:
     ~Five course Dinner
     ~Souvenir menu
     ~White glove service
     ~Live music (piano, classical guitar)
     ~Wine maker narration 
     ~Guests mingle with Chef and wine maker
Sunday
7am - 11am Breakfast
Noon - Late Check-out
